Properly training for cycling races requires a combination of endurance, strength, and speed. Here at C3, we apply a multi-dimensional approach to improve performance.

You determine the races you want to compete in and we set the goals for you. We will help you tailor your training program to your specific needs. Endurance is the foundation of cycling fitness. We aim to build your endurance through long, steady rides at a moderate pace. Strength training is important for improving your cycling performance. We incorporate exercises that focus on your legs, core, and upper body to improve your overall strength.

Cycling races require bursts of speed and acceleration. We incorporate speed work into your training by doing intervals and sprints to improve your power and speed. Races can take place in a variety of conditions, such as hilly terrain or strong winds. We practise riding in different conditions to prepare for race day.
